Refund & Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order?

Mauhurtika believes in complete customer satisfaction and transparency in the order cancellation process. We have a very liberal Return Policy on purchases made from our website.

In case of dissatisfaction with the authenticity or quality of the products purchased, we will initiate a refund. However, please note:

  • The purchased product should be returned within a week of delivery at the customer’s own expense.
  • Any FREE GIFTS provided with the product must also be returned.
  • Mauhurtika will not reimburse the shipping charges.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or account used for the purchase.

Online Cancellation Details

Customers cannot cancel orders online. Instead, they should contact the CRM team for any cancellation requests.

Cancellation Processing Time

Processing a cancellation request takes 1-2 business days, and the refund is initiated within 3-4 days after receiving the returned item.

Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Can I cancel part of my order?

No. Customers cannot cancel a part of the order.

How to request a refund to a bank account?

Email support@mauhurtika.com with the following details:

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name & Branch
  • IFSC Code
  • Mobile Number

Return Policy

Customers must return the product in its original condition at their own expense. Tampered, damaged, or defective products will not be refunded.

*Customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Processing for Different Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Call our helpline: +91-9009231652 or email support@mauhurtika.com. After receiving the product, we will process a bank transfer.

Debit Card Payments

Email support@mauhurtika.com with bank details. Refunds will be processed after receiving the product.

Credit Card Payments

Email support@mauhurtika.com. The refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for purchase.

Refund Policy for Homas/Poojas

All Homas (Fire Labs) and Poojas are performed by trained priests following Vedic rituals.

If a customer’s name/birth star was missed in a Group Homa/Pooja, it can be added to another event. If this is not possible, a refund can be requested.

Rescheduling an Individual Homa

Customers must inform the CRM team at least 48 hours before the scheduled Homa/Pooja for rescheduling.
