1. Digital Products (All PDF Reports)
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are considered final once the product is delivered to your email. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refunds for Extra Payments
If an extra payment is made due to a technical error or any other issue, please inform us immediately by sending an email to our support team. We will process the refund of the excess amount promptly.
3. Disclaimer on Astrological Accuracy
Astrology is an interpretive science, and predictions are subject to individual interpretations. As such, refunds based on the content, accuracy, or outcomes of astrological reports will not be provided.
4. Correction of Birth Details
In case of incorrect birth details provided by you, please email us with the corrected information. We will update your report and send a revised version at no additional cost.
5. Exchange of Physical Products
For physical products received in a damaged condition, we offer an exchange. Please return the original damaged product to us within 3 days of delivery. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and credited back to the original payment source.
7. Immediate Refund for Extra Payments
For immediate refunds of any extra payments, please contact our support. We aim for a swift resolution.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products can be cancelled before they are processed and delivered. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. For physical products, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
9. Non-Refundable Services

10. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Change of Mind
